The car rolls up to the stop sign. I've been here 5 days a week for the last 3 years of my life. Stretching out on either side are the same empty fields with the same grass and that same lonely tree. That's right, it's a festivus for the rest of us!  It also, happens, to be today.  Or, at least, today is the day it is most commonly celebrated.  ((There is something wrong with that sentence, but I'm not wearing my glasses and, as such, can't read it well enough to fix it)).  So, yeah, break out your aluminum poles and air those grievances.  Most of all, don't forget the feats of strength.  There's nothing quite like a good, ol' fashion wrastlin' match after a feast.

Insomnia

It's late and I can't sleep.  This happens a lot these days.  I posted a couple of poems that I wrote in the last 15 minutes.  They both suck, but it's been a long while.  It's good be sitting at the keyboard again, but I wish I was asleep.  Blah... I miss sleep.  There was a time when I could basically go to sleep on cue.  Of course, I'd never be able to sleep more than 2 hours at a time.  That was kind of annoying.  It worked well for my job, though.  I was a security guard at the time and I did rounds every 2 hours. Oh well.  I'm gonna try to sleep now.

I'm not so active right now, (as you can probably tell), due to an extremely chaotic social life and added responsibilities at my job.
